Essential Information

  • Setup: June 10th, 3-9pm
  • June 11th, 8-11am
  • Breakdown: June 13th, 5-9pm
  • Vendor Hours: Monday & Tuesday from noon to 8pm; Wednesday, Noon to 5pm.
  • Electricity and internet access must be arranged for directly by the Vendor with the Hotel.

Set Up and Break Down

There are four entrances to the Convention Center: The dock is located at the SE corner of the center. The other entrances are for foot traffic only. All booths must be set up no later than June 11th, 11am.

  • Set-Up is Sunday, from 3:00pm to 9:00pm and Monday, from 8:00am to 11:00am.
  • Break down is Wednesday, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.

Vendor/Exhibitor Booths

Each booth provides 8′ x 10′ booth space, one table, two chairs, one waste basket, one booth sign. There will be a limit of one business per company reservation. (No booth sharing).

Booth Costs (discounted price for multiple booth purchases)
One Booth – $120.00 total
Two Booths – $200.00 total
Three Booths – $300.00 total
Four Booths – $350.00 total

Due to the limited number of booths available, once the booth has been “purchased” there will be no refunds.

Arrangements for electricity and internet access must be made in advance of the conference, directly with the hotel. Hotel Amenity Forms are available for download here.

If you are a student as well as a teacher and/or a vendor, you only need to register one time.
